  • This deposit is not refundable even if the booking is canceled after confirmation.

The deposit covers the administrative costs of confirming your reservation with the property and guarantees your booking.

2. Booking Confirmation

Once you pay the initial deposit, HolidayAtolls.com will confirm the property’s availability with the host.

  • If the host confirms availability, we will notify you that your booking is secured, and no further charges will be applied at this stage.
  • The remaining balance for your stay will need to be paid directly to the property upon arrival.

3. If the Property Is Unavailable

In rare cases where the property you’ve booked is unavailable:

  • HolidayAtolls.com will notify you, and you will have the option to choose another available property or cancel your booking.
  • If you choose to cancel in this case, we will issue a full refund of your initial deposit.

4. Payment Upon Arrival

The remaining balance, which is the total cost of your stay minus the deposit paid to HolidayAtolls.com, will need to be paid directly to the host at the property upon your arrival.

Please note that payment terms upon arrival may vary based on the host’s policy. We recommend reviewing the specific payment and cancellation terms of the property before finalizing your booking.

5. Cancellations by the Guest

If you choose to cancel your booking after the host has confirmed availability:

  • The initial deposit remains non-refundable.
  • No additional charges will be applied by HolidayAtolls.com.

However, the remaining payment terms and conditions are dependent on the cancellation policies of the property. Please contact the property directly for their specific cancellation rules.

6. Host Cancellations

If the host cancels your booking after it has been confirmed:

  • HolidayAtolls.com will offer you the option to choose another property or issue a full refund of your deposit.
  • We will work to help you find alternative accommodations if needed.

7. Exceptional Circumstances
